About

AI News & Reviews

AI News & Reviews publishes AI news, product releases, reviews, and lists. The desk is a static site: each post is a Markdown or MDX file, checked against a schema when the site builds. The byline on a post is the desk, AI News & Reviews Editorial, unless a piece names someone else.

Version 1 is the reading layout and the publishing system. The posts on the desk are published pieces. The sample flag is off, and there is no sample banner. A post that is still a sample would say so in the title and in a banner.

A review carries one score out of ten. Lists say what they are ordered by. Releases name the product, the vendor, the version, and the date. The piece says what was checked and what was not.

Search runs in the browser from an index built with the site. Nothing you type into search is sent to a server. The newsletter and contact forms are placeholders and do not store what you type.

The colors, type, and tone live on the style guide. The checklist for adding a post is CONTRIBUTING.md in the repository.
